How long does a custom home build take?
Every build is different, so we don’t promise generic timelines. We build a realistic schedule with you at the design and budgeting stage, before construction starts, and efficient building timelines are one of the things Trademark Homes is known for. You’ll know where your project stands at every stage.
How much does a custom home cost?
Budgets are personal, so we discuss them privately. What we promise publicly is a transparent budget you can actually read, agreed before anything is built, and a direct conversation about what your project will genuinely take. Start with the contact form and we’ll go from there.
Will you help us choose interior finishes?
Yes. Choosing finishes is where most homeowners feel overwhelmed, so we work through the selections together during the design stage. Quality and craftsmanship in the finishes are what Trademark Homes is recognized for.

Is Trademark Homes a registered builder?
Yes. Trademark Homes is a Tarion-registered builder, so a new home comes with Ontario’s statutory new-home warranty: deposit protection and coverage for defects in work and materials. Trademark Homes is also a member of the CHBA, OHBA, DRHBA and PKHBA.
